What do we look for in a candidate?

  • An ideal candidate should be able to come in for a preliminary interview and ‘wow us’ with their personality. We understand that we never have a second chance to make a first impression, and we want a team that reflects the effort to make the first impression one that we can be proud of.
  • Our ideal candidate has studied marketing, sales, communications or management and has relevant experience working with customers and the public.

Is training provided?

Yes. Charlotte Marketing Consultant’s leadership team has a full training program setup for Account Managers. We not only train our teams in the areas of marketing, sales and customer interaction, but we cross train our account managers for ultimate positions in recruiting, management, public speaking, leadership and market management.

Is there travel involved?

Yes. Account Managers are responsible for meeting with our clients’ customers face­-to-­face, one-­on-­one, in the greater Charlotte area. Travel opportunities are available for our future managers for both business and networking opportunities.

Are there Management opportunities?

Yes. When we hire a new Account Manager, we are always looking for someone who has the ambition to grow within our structure to a position of leadership. As we expand into additional markets both locally and across the country, we will promote 100% from within. All management team members start at the entry level, and move up based on merit and performance.
